The process of preparing, packaging, and handing over your order for shipment from our warehouse takes between 8 to 12 working hours only, starting from order confirmation.

1. Note: These hours are calculated during official working times and exclude weekends and official national or religious holidays.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

1. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for all major cities and areas.
2. This period may be slightly longer (up to 7 working days) for remote areas or during seasonal peaks (such as holidays and major sales).

3. Shipping Cost

1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's address and the value/weight of the order.
2. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before confirming the order.
3. Free Shipping: We may announce offers for free shipping on orders exceeding a specific value, which will be indicated during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking

1. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation message via Email and/or WhatsApp that includes:

3. A direct link to the courier company to monitor your order status and estimated delivery date step-by-step.
